Can the "Doggy-Bag" be recycled? Yes, the "Doggy-Bag" is manufactured from virgin plastic, this allows it to be recycled a number of times. It also may be used in a variety of ways including, as a water bowl, food bowl even to clean out litter boxs etc. Products which are biodegrabable are manufactured from a 25% cornstarch, 75% plastic which allows for a disintegration of the cornstarch but the plastic remains for years.
